Here's the uncomfortable truth: leadership isn't about having all the answers or acting super confident. Itโ€™s about something far more fundamental, itโ€™s about being real. It's about authentic leadership.

Itโ€™s about leading from your core , your values, your ethics, with real self-awareness and transparency.
